Then reduce the flame to low and cook for 15 minutes or until chicken is cooked. Shred the cooked chicken with the help of a fork. Add it to a bowl. To it, add black pepper powder and pizza toppings.
- Next add mayonnaise and grated carrot. Mix until well combined. Set aside.
- Heat a pan. Take four slices of brown bread. Cut off all the edges. Place the bread slices on hot pan and toast lightly on both sides. Spread butter on all four slices.
- Top only two slices with chicken mixture and lettuce.
- Cover with the remaining two buttered slices of bread. Cut into two triangles and serve.
